Vision Board

  Creating a Vision Board

Vision Boards are one of my favorite ways to keep me motivated! I have had better success in reaching goals by having a visual reminder. It is really a great tool to keep you on track for your goals and get you to where you want to be in life.

Think of things you want to do this year, places you want to visit, things to buy, goals to achieve and then get crafty! I have made some by pasting pictures into a word document and by cutting out pictures in magazines and gluing them onto craft paper. The options are endless! Personalize it. Make one for your fitness goals and one for your financial goals, or blend them together in one place. You don’t have to be extremely crafty to get this done, print off a couple pictures and pin them to your wall. Just make sure you can see them every single day!

The harder you make it to forget your goals, the harder it is to give up on them. Dream big and make it happen, you are awesome obviously, you are here learning how to better yourself and achieve your goals! You are already winning in my book.

I will show you how I make my vision board and what I have on it. 2017 is going to be my year to crush my goals! I am going to do everything possible to keep myself on the right track, even if I fall off for a short time, I will get back to kicking ass.

My Board

This is what I have added on my board up to this point, as you can see this is my fitness board. I have the dresses and rompers on there because I will buy something similar for our Monaco Trip. Bottom right is my fitspo body – Jen Heward, she is amazing. I have multiple inspirational quotes to keep me motivated. Also, I have a picture of a mud run since I want to complete one this year and if my printer was working I would have a Spartan Race on there as well. It is something I hope to be able to compete in.

I will be hanging mine in my bathroom where I will be able to see in multiple times a day. The harder it is to avoid your goals the easier it is to hit them!

All I did to create this board was cut pictures out of a magazine, use scrapbook paper and glue. SUPER EASY! Get it done!

Your board

These are just things that speak to me and the goals I am trying to reach. If you are shooting for financial goals add money saving tips, a new car you want to buy, a trip you want to take, the amount you want to save, etc. You can literally put anything on this vision board, tweak it to match your goals.

It is your time

Whatever you choose to put on your board I hope you achieve this year! Work hard the time will pass anyways, so you mine as strive to hit your goals this year. Quit putting yourself on the back burner! You are worth it, it is time for you to kick ass in life!

Share your vision boards with me, I would love to see what inspires you! We are all on our own path to a happy life and sharing in others journeys is a joy for me.

It’s like you’ve been reading my mind Taylor! I’ve been meaning to start one of these for this year, but I’ve been falling behind. But you’ve inspired me. I’ll be jumping on this bandwagon soon as well.
