Hey Girl, Hey!

Alright ladies, I am going to be broadcasting my fitness journey all over the internet. Weight is something I have struggled with since I had my daughter three years ago; I lose twenty pounds and gain it all back. I just can’t seem to stick to it, I feel great and then like a dumb ass I give up on everything that got me to where I was. Not this time! I am going to lay out my goals and how I plan to achieve it. My hopes in doing this is to keep myself accountable and help me reach my goals. I am Seven weeks into my journey and down seven pounds, not great but it is a start. 173 > 166 (Yikes, the heaviest I have ever been) Christmas and Thanksgiving got me slightly off track but I am ready to hit it hard and melt some damn fat.

Hello 2017

Guys 2017 is already throwing a lot my way. We have a family trip to Disney Land with our family from Hawaii in March, an amazing business trip to Monaco France in April and I am in my sisters wedding in June. These are just a few of the big things I know are coming my way. Who doesn’t want to look their best for all these things? Reaching my goal weight by our trip to Monaco is what I am shooting for. My husband has worked so hard to reach the top ten in the nation and I want to walk on his arm across that stage and feel so confident in my body.

February 5, 2017 – 154

February 26, 2017 – 148

March 20, 2017 – 140

April 23, 2017 – 135

I know these seem like random dates but they actually coincided with my workout programs I will be completing. PIYO/21 Day fix hybrid (28 days), 21 day fix (21 days), and Hammer and Chisel (60 days). I will be finishing Hammer and Chisel three days before I leave for Monaco. Previously I have used all of these workout programs and love the results I have seen in the past and finishing with Hammer and Chisel since it is the most advanced and will give me the defined results I am looking for.

I will be updating you on my progress and what I am eating.

Here is to being a bad ass mom and wife. Working on my dream body and loving the skin I’m in.
